As the original and most successful Mixed Martial Arts School in Ohio, we have been the leader in Mixed Martial Arts, physical conditioning and athletic training for nearly two decades. Our 20,000 sq. ft facility includes a state-of-the-art Fitness Center, a specialized strength and athletic conditioning area, a large well-equipped room for group conditioning classes, a 4000 sq. ft mat area, two competition boxing rings, two mixed martial arts cages, a spacious bag area, parents’ viewing area, men/women’s locker rooms with showers.

Strong Style has the most successful competitive mixed martial arts team in the region and growing nationally. As part of our team and under our roof we are proud to have a great partnership with the very successful Old School Boxing Club and BRASA BJJ Team.
